Though it is not voluntary decision, VoIP is offered by providers at highly reasonable rates

July 27th, 2010

The offer of VoIP at affordable rates was not a spontaneous move by the providers because they are compelled by the competition that prevails among them. Prior to the advent of VoIP, the same consumers were relieved of hefty sums for their using the telephone services. Now, competition is impacting the VoIP providers so much that they have launched huge programs of research and development by spending millions of dollars on them. They intend to bring out many exciting features from these research programs and offer them to consumers. In a nutshell, they want to lure the consumers and have a bigger share in the top voip service market.
