Can A Friend Be YOur Employee?

Where do you find help when you need a web page designed? I have a friend who is trying to help me, but although she is really good, I think i need more. By that I mean someone with a little more experience. Don’t get me wrong, she is great. She actually works with a great Branson web design company. But I think because we are friends she may not be giving it her complete attention. I think if I had someone who I was not so close too I could be more open and honest. Now how to tell her that!
