My husband said he had been offered a job with an Austin branding company. What kind of a company is that I asked. He said it is an advertising company that specializes in branding so that a company can set itself apart from its competitors by carefully communicating its best qualities in all marketing efforts. An identity is created with proper branding techniques. For example, when you see a swoosh mark you automatically think of Nike. In fact, the swoosh is all you see on Nike caps.
