After the Hurricane

I had been a contractor in Florida for thirty-five years. I had never been in such a bad situation as I have been recently. Ever since the last big hurricane, everything went rapidly downhill. Families are moving away because they cannot find jobs. Thousands of homes are still sitting vacant. No new construction going on. I had considered leaving the state myself. A friend of mine suggested an online business strategy. I had never even had a web site. I didn’t need one. Now I was faced with having to try new strategies to get some new projects going or else I would have to leave Florida as well.
