A Mother’s Love

As a child growing up, I remember being mesmerized by my mother’s wedding ring. I didn’t know it at the time, but she later told me about eternity bands and the symbolismbehind the wedding band. I always used to tell her that was the type of ring I wanted when I got married. When that day finally came, I was very surprised when my fiance slipped my mother’s ring on my finger. She later told me that when he came to her and my father to ask permission to marry me she told him the story behind the ring and told him it would mean so much to her to pass it on to me.
